From lawyer to father to truth speaker & truth seeker, Viva Frei has evolved so much since 2019. In fact, Viva Frei isn’t even his real name – it’s David Freiheit – he’s the lawyer and father; Viva is the truth speaker and seeker, who never set out to try and change the world in any way but – somewhere along the line though… the world changed him, and in ways he never could have imagined before March of 2020. In 2019 he would start his videos with the mantra “Corporate Litigator turned Youtuber”, and then he’d create his content, discussing and analyzing the current events of the day, from a legal perspective…

…But then, as Viva says, “The World Went Crazy”. Things changed, and David Freiheit changed along with them. He became the Viva Frei we know, trust and love to watch online or now in person, today.

When the so called “Pandemic” arrived, Viva used his skills in creating online content, his knowledge of the law, and his energetic and dynamic passion for seeking the truth to expose the injustices happening in our world. Through his online content creation, He gained almost two million followers and hundreds of millions of views on different platforms. And: Speaking of platforms… Viva was one of the first, and most prominent content creators to secure an exclusivity agreement with Rumble Inc., – the truest and probably most trusted free-speech platform on the internet. And he has analyzed, explored, and explored again, some of the most outrageous injustices of the modern era.

Is it Even Legal? And Does It Even Matter If It Isn’t?

Viva speaks about subjects like free speech, government corruption, propaganda, and the systemic encroachment and violation of our most basic freedoms: Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion and Freedom of Association. He has a particular passion for the discrete nature of government corruption and disregard for these basic rights. Often quoting the wisdom of Ayn Rand, he firmly believes that the greater good (in fact maybe the greatest good) is individual freedom, and perhaps, the individual rights that go along with those freedoms; and even though it seems a contradiction in terms, Viva says that if you don’t support individual freedoms, then there is no way you can support the so-called “greater good” or believe in collectivism at all.

In this keynote presentation, Viva loves to expand upon the dispassionate nature of government encroachment on our most basic freedoms and how that correlates to true fascism, i.e., the marriage between government and corporate interests. Having lived through what he believes is the fall of Canada and the decline of many Western “democracies”, Viva Frei now believes he has a deeper understanding of the nefarious consequences of government intrusion into the media, social media, and the information sphere itself.

BIOGRAPHY:

David studied Philosophy at McGill University and later got a law degree from Université Laval. He worked at a famous law firm in Canada and held important positions like Editor-in-Chief of a law journal and President of the Law Student Association. But when he became a father, his perspective shifted, and he left the big law firm life behind. He started his own successful boutique litigation firm and – he also actually ran for office in Canada; thankfully for event audiences everywhere, he was not elected!

Recently, he made an exclusive agreement with Rumble Inc., a platform that supports free speech on the internet. His work was recognized by news outlets, and he had the opportunity to share his insights with well-known personalities.

David now lives and works in Florida, and loves to speak to groups of all kinds in the US and Canada.
