Robby Starbuck is a former Hollywood director and producer, and today is a passionate documentary filmmaker, keynote speaker, and staunch advocate for advancing non-woke common sense in America. He is becoming widely known for exposing the lack of neutrality in American Business: Which means standing up to and shedding light on the highly politicized DEI policies at some of the biggest corporations in the world.
He made his mark in the entertainment industry as the owner of a successful production company, where he directed music videos for some of the biggest stars in the industry, including names like Machine Gun Kelly, Trippie Redd, and Billie Eilish. His directing career also saw him working with prominent actors in feature films and television projects.
After years of thriving in the Hollywood scene, Robby made a bold decision to leave behind his production company and relocate to Tennessee. (You can ask him why he left Hollywood at the Q&A! Something to do with who he supported politically leading up to the 2016 election…). He transitioned from an industry insider to a vocal critic of the “Woke” agenda, specifically speaking out against the left’s growing influence in politics, culture and business.
He became an outspoken advocate for protecting children from the radical push for gender ideology, which is why he made his riveting (and shocking) documentary “The War on Children”, in 2023 and was released in Feb of 2024.
Robby’s most recent efforts at reclaiming sanity in the world has focused on pushing back against woke-ism in corporate America. He has worked tirelessly to convince companies to abandon their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, arguing that these policies distract from the core mission of businesses: Delivering quality products and services to their customers.
Robby has literally started the movement eliminating woke policies and DEI in corporate America. His videos exposing these companies have led to policy changes at Tractor Supply, John Deere, Harley Davidson, Polaris, Indian Motorcycle, Lowe’s, Ford, Coors, Stanley Black & Decker, Caterpillar, Boeing, Toyota, Walmart, Nissan, McDonalds and more. Many of these companies ended all donations to Pride events, all DEI policies, all woke trainings and ended their participation in the HRC’s woke social credit CEI scoring system.
His stories have amassed billions of impressions on his social media channels, captured the attention of the world and they’ve changed the trajectory of policy at companies that combined, are worth trillions of dollars.
Robby’s family escaped Castro’s Cuba, and his unique background as the son of Cuban exiles has informed much of what he likes to talk about today, and why he is so passionate about freedom and America remaining a meritocracy.
Robby has appeared on all the mainstream media outlets, such as Fox News and CNBC and more, and was recently profiled by the Wall Street Journal. He has over a million followers combined on X and Insta.
